If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, or other mental-health issues, now is the time to see a therapist.

Relief Mental Health, which has 10 clinics in three states, is offering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), a non-invasive procedure that uses gentle magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain, during a Friday event in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.

"We are committed to providing innovative, personalized solutions that can truly make a difference in our patients' lives," Teresa Poprawski, a neuropsychiatrist and chief medical officer at Relief Mental Health, says in a press release.

"TMS, Spravato, and IV infusions represent a new frontier in mental health treatment, offering relief to those who have struggled with traditional therapies," Poprawski adds.

TMS uses gentle magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain, targeting areas associated with mood regulation, per a press release.

The FDA-approved procedure, which has been used to treat depression, anxiety, OCD, and other mental-health issues for more than a decade, has no systemic effects.

Spravato, also known as esketamine, is a nasal spray that has been approved by the FDA for treatment-resistant depression.
