So says John Sebastian, CEO of Health Carousel, which this month launched the "Full Circle of Support"a program designed "to support the physical, financial, mental, social, and professional well-being of its employees," per a press release.
The five-pillar approach revolves around health, well-being, financial, mental, professional, and social well-being, with each pillar designed "to provide targeted support and resources, ranging from comprehensive health insurance plans and financial planning tools to professional development opportunities and community engagement activities," per the press release.
"Contrary to this industry norm, Health Carousel takes a unique approach by treating its healthcare workers as full-time employees, investing comprehensively in their health, wealth, professional growth, and overall well-being," says Earl Dalton, the company's chief nursing officer.
