If you've ever dreamed of owning your own business, you'll want to check out Pella, Iowa.

The city is home to the Pella Art Center, which bills itself as "a valuable resource for all participants to be able to continue exploring and growing their creative practices from local schools' strong arts programs," the Des Moines Register reports.

The incubator, which will be up and running by the end of the year, will offer classes and workshops for people who want to start or improve their own businesses.

The Art Center's director tells the Register it's a "great way to start your own business."
