The Irish government has come up with a research and innovation strategy for the group, which includes everything from drama therapists and musicians to paramedics and radiographers, to help them "break down barriers to research activity and build a stronger research culture," the chief nursing officer tells the BBC.
"Research and innovation are key to ensuring safe evidenced-based practice to support our patients and evolve our services across the whole AHP services," the Department of Health says in a press release.
The strategy, which was approved by the Department of Health in Northern Ireland, will help AHPs "at all stages of their careers to engage in research, helping to break down barriers to research activity and build a stronger research culture," the chief nursing officer says.Selected Grant News Headlines
