The West Bay Rotary Club in Camden, Maine, is known for its fundraising and fun-raising, but it's also known for its charitable work.
The club's Charitable Foundation awards $1,500 grants twice a year to local causes, and the West Bay Rotary is accepting grant requests this time around, reports the Bangor Daily News.
The focus for this year's grants is education, literacy, peace and conflict prevention, water sanitation, community hygiene, and economic development.
