Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation Awards $810K in Grants


Foundation: Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation

The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation Board of Directors approved a total of $810,629 in grants at its board meeting in May. This includes 11 responsive grants and 52 donor-advised fund grants.

Responsive Grants are awarded to non-profit organizations seeking to meet the needs of the community and match the goals, objectives and priorities of the community foundation.

Funding for responsive funding comes from the foundation's endowment consist of funds used in public interest and fields of interest funds established by donors at the community foundation.

Fifty-two donor-advised grants were awarded to 43 organizations, totaling $278,056.
