Thanks to the grant partnership between Dane County and the Madison Community Foundation, local nonprofit organizations affected by the pandemic will soon receive a financial boost. Dane County Chief Executive Joe Parisi announced on Monday that the county will allocate $5 million to help non-profit organizations that have suffered economic losses in the past year.
Despite facing severe economic challenges, community non-profit organizations have met incredible needs throughout the pandemic and many of are part of the frontline response. This new grant program can help them rebuild and reinvest in the important work they do.
