New York Times writes that donations to fight AIDS in Rwanda does not appear to be undermining efforts to address malaria, malnutrition, and other health problems in the country.
Authors said their findings were applicable mainly to Rwanda, since the government has taken steps to prevent the wave of AIDS-related philanthropy from affecting other public-health efforts.
