Chillicothe receives state grant for overdose aid.
New state grant supports Chillicothe overdose recovery outreach.
More than $2.5 million awarded statewide to help communities connect overdose survivors with treatment and recovery services.
"Overdose survivors need urgent, hands-on support to break the cycle of addiction," says Ohio Attorney General Andy Wilson.
The funding will support local outreach efforts that pair law enforcement with behavioral health providers.
