Daniel Nowack is head of social innovation at the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship.
He believes that climate finance is falling woefully short of meeting the health needs of communities negatively impacted by climate change across the world.
The foundation is currently engaged in a project with the University of Cape Town to find data-driven solutions that will allow social innovators to gain better access to finance.
